Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment deducted but service not initiated
• Service canceled by Pandit Ji Haridwar
The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Same-day or emergency services

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
