1.2 Pandit Ji reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

1.3 All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

1.4 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.

2.1 All services must be paid in advance according to the selected billing cycle.

2.2 Pricing may change at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated pricing.

2.3 All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

2.4 Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3.1 No refunds are provided under any circumstances once payment is made.

3.2 This applies to all services including hosting, development, marketing, and training.

3.3 By purchasing services, you waive all rights to refunds or chargebacks.

3.4 Any exceptions are at Pandit Ji’s sole discretion.

4.1 30-day cancellation is available only for plans of 3 years or longer.

4.2 Pro-rata charges apply for services used during the cancellation window.

4.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days.

4.4 No cancellations are accepted after the 30-day window.

5.1 Services must be used only for lawful purposes.

5.2 Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, fraud, or abuse.

5.3 Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

5.4 Users are responsible for account security.

6.1 Pandit Ji does not guarantee 100% uptime.

6.2 Downtime does not entitle users to refunds.

6.3 Maintenance may occur without notice.

6.4 External factors may affect service availability.

7.1 All intellectual property belongs to Pandit Ji.

7.2 Custom development remains Pandit Ji property unless transferred in writing.

7.3 Clients retain ownership of their content.

7.4 Content must not infringe third-party rights.

8.1 Services may be terminated at any time.

8.2 Data may be deleted after termination.

8.3 Payment obligations remain after termination.

8.4 Users are responsible for backups.

9.1 Pandit Ji is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9.3 Services are provided without warranties.

9.4 Users assume all risks.

10.1 Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under Indian law.

10.2 Jurisdiction lies in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

10.3 No class-action claims are permitted.

10.4 Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.
